Information you share
When you inquire, you may share your names, email address, event date, venue, session type, and a message. If you bring a collection, gallery inspiration, or sample timeline into the form, it is shown for review and can be removed before sending. Any preferences you keep are included with your inquiry. Dear Juliets Photography uses these details to respond to your request and discuss photography services.
Sending an inquiry
If the form opens your email app, your inquiry is sent only when you send that email. When online submission is available, your inquiry is stored using Supabase. When owner alerts are enabled, saved inquiry details are processed by Resend to email the studio owners. These alerts do not send an automatic reply to you or subscribe you to marketing. The website is hosted using Vercel. Their services may process technical information needed to operate the website.
Website security
When online submission is enabled, Vercel BotID checks for automated activity to help prevent spam. It may process browser and technical information for this security check. The inquiry form tells you whether you are sending online or continuing in email.
Your choices
To ask about the information you have shared, request a correction, or ask us to delete an inquiry, email dearjulietsphotography@gmail.com. We do not use this inquiry form to sign you up for marketing emails.
Links from our Google Business Profile
If you arrive through a tagged Website or Booking link from our Google Business Profile, we remember only which of those two links you used while you navigate within this open site. This uses temporary memory, not cookies or browser storage. Reloading an untagged page or opening a new tab loses that label. If you submit an inquiry, we save the label with it to understand which profile links help couples reach us. We do not save the full landing URL, other query values, a referrer, or a browser identifier for this purpose, and we do not send this label to advertising providers. A shared link may carry the same label, so it does not prove you came directly from Google.
Website statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor, pageview, and inquiry-step statistics without third-party cookies. We count contact-link clicks, form starts, submission attempts, successful submissions, and errors to improve the inquiry process. We also count use of portfolio filters and the timeline planner, successful timeline copies, clicks from the planner to the inquiry form, and saved inquiries that include a selected wedding story or sample timeline. These are event counts: search text, selected filters, ceremony times, copied plans, and the selected story are not sent with them. Form contents, names, email addresses, wedding dates, and URL query parameters are not included in these analytics events. Admin pages are excluded.
Optional advertising measurement
Google and OpenAI measurement are separate choices. Each provider stays unloaded until you allow that provider. Your choice does not affect sending an inquiry, and allowing Google does not give OpenAI permission.
Google Ads
If you choose “Allow measurement,” we load the Google tag to understand which Google ads lead to saved wedding inquiries. Google may use advertising cookies, ad-click identifiers, your IP address, and browser information for this measurement. We send an opaque inquiry receipt ID to avoid counting the same saved inquiry twice. We do not send your names, email address, wedding date, venue, message, or other form details to Google, and we do not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions.
Google’s tag stays unloaded until you allow measurement. Choosing “No thanks” does not affect sending an inquiry. You can change this choice using “Privacy choices” on public pages where measurement is available. We remember your preference in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future advertising measurement; it does not undo information already sent with your permission. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
ChatGPT ads and OpenAI
When OpenAI measurement is available and you choose “Allow OpenAI measurement,” we send a small image request after a wedding inquiry has been saved. The request includes the standard lead event, a random inquiry receipt ID for duplicate prevention, and an OpenAI ad-click reference if one was available and you allowed us to store it. OpenAI also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and our website origin. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, wedding dates, venues, messages, or hashed customer details. We do not load OpenAI’s form-scanning JavaScript or use automatic customer matching.
After you allow OpenAI measurement, we may save the ad-click reference from your landing-page URL in this browser’s local storage and use it for attribution for up to 30 days, so a later inquiry can be linked to the ad. Expired references are removed when you next visit. We do not create a stable browser identifier. We remember your separate measurement choice for up to 180 days and keep inquiry receipt IDs in browser session storage to prevent duplicate requests. You can withdraw through “Privacy choices”; this stops future measurement and clears the stored ad-click reference. Your browser controls can also clear this storage. Inquiries submitted without permission are not replayed after you allow measurement. Withdrawal does not undo data already sent with permission. Read how OpenAI image measurement works.
